Taylor De Grote grew up in Huntington Beach, CA. She attended Mater Dei High School where she played basketball and participated in student government. From there she went on to attend the University of San Diego, during which time she enjoyed multiple study abroad opportunities, spending one month in Florence, Italy and four months in Madrid, Spain living with a Spanish family.

Additionally, she balanced a full course load along with a part time job working at her mother Debbie De Grote’s real estate consulting company, Excelleum Coaching & Consulting. This, along with growing up around her father’s real estate business, inspired her to pursue a career in sales. After graduating cum laude with a degree in Business Administration and minors in Management and Spanish, Taylor immediately jumped in to her real estate career. Her hardworking nature combined with her passion for the business ensures that clients needs are always met.

Some of Taylor’s hobbies include snowboarding, reading, and cooking.

Erika De Grote is also a Huntington Beach native. She attended Mater Dei alongside her sister where they played basketball together. From there she began her career in real estate as her dad’s transaction coordinator while attending Orange Coast College.

Erika has been transaction coordinating for four years as well as accompanying her father on listing appointments, open houses, and visual inspections in order to prepare herself for her career as a real estate agent. Erika’s knowledge of all aspects of a transaction as well as her attention to detail guarantee an experience that is organized and meticulous. Her dedication to the business shows both in her work and her relationships with her clients.

In her free time Erika enjoys listening to new music and attending a variety of shows.
